What we have done and what we are doing
1. Rolling mill guides supplied to over 60 steel bar mills including Baosteel, Shougang, Wsico, Jiuquan, Kunming, Yuzhong, Yicheng, Jianbang, Jingcheng Fusheng, Fangda Speical Steel, Chongqing, Sanming, Sanbao, Guiyang, Chuanwei, Xinjin, Laiwu Special Steel, Weifang Special Steel, Zhangdian, Shiheng Speical Steel, Xinyang, Changzhi, Longmen, Tonghua, Baotou, Tianjin No. 3 Steel Mill, Siping, Guigang, Yuxi, Honghe, etc.
2. Rolling mill guides exported to over twenty steel mills in countries like USA, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Philippine, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Turkey, etc.
3. Whole line rolling mill guides supplied to over 20 section steel bar mills (angles, flats, squares, hexagon)such as Shougang, etc.
4. Whole line rolling mill guides supplied to dozens of high speed wire rod mills such as Tonghua, Guiyang,, Guangzhou, Huaxi, Shiheng, Xilin, Xinjin, Xiangtan, Jiugang, Weifang, Ruipu, Jiujiang as well as mills in Malaysia, Italy, etc.
5. Whole line rolling mill guides and slitting technology supplied to dozens of slitting rolling utilized mills(2, 3 strands slitting of rebar φ10～φ22) such as Kunming, Chongqing, Dagang, Pingxiang, Sanming, Tianjin No. 2, Yuzhong, Jinan, Chuanwei, Chengdu, Yicheng, Guigang, Shiheng, Hulan, etc.
6. Whole line rolling mill guides and slitting technology supplied to dozens of slitting rolling utilized mills(4, 5 strands slitting of rebarφ8～φ14) such as Pingxiang, Nanchang, Shiheng, Yuxi, Honghe, Yicheng, Jingcheng Fusheng as well as mills in Italy, Malaysia and Bangladesh.
7. Suppying rolling mill ancillaries such as restbar, dummy trough, rotating guide base, loopers, etc.
8. Newly developed water cooling system (TMT equpments) are successfully utilized in Shougang, Kunming, Chuanwei, Pingxiang, Yicheng, Yuxi, Honghe for round bar and rebar (single line, 2, ,3,4strands slitting), improved comprehensively the quality of bars and in the meantime reduce greatly the cost.
